清洗机剂量单位

This washing machine has an automatic dosage unit and a storage tank that it can take approximately 10 Kg detergent. The tank equipped with twisted mill to provide detergent transferring . Detergent dosage arranged by a electronic circuit driven DC motor. (So the algorithm can decide quantity and time). This DC motor rotates a mechanical slider gate via a gear. When the gate turned a half tour gate came to open position and turn the other side gate is closed. it's position known by reed switch (it would be better using two reed switches which have different position-to make sure being correct position). With this type unit a washing machine can take any time detergent. This properties can provide to avoid draining of unused detergent. Also this unit can be use as a plant food dosage system.
